Sourced from La Presa Vineyard on the Santa Ynez River, the wine opens with aromas of fresh, ripe apple and pear notes, meyer lemon, and subtle white flowers. The bounty of apple and pears, lemon peel, and meyer lemon flavors continue on the palate with a touch of honey, beeswax, and toasted almonds. The wine has a nice creamy roundness with medium acid, and a lingering finish. Barrel fermented, bâtonage sur lie, and aged 12 months in three and four year old French Oak 228L barrels. Enjoy!
