This winemakers’ blend of Cabernet, Syrah, Primitivo and Petite Sirah was sourced from premium Central Coast vineyards and produced exclusively at our winery in Crestline. The wine opens up with allspice characteristics: cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, surrounded by lots of red, blue, and black fruits, and chocolate undertones. The wine explodes on the palate with a mixture of red, blue, black fruits; juicy cherries, plums, red currants, surrounded by mocha, and rich chocolate flavors. The four varietals were aged individually in 136L, small Hungarian Oak barrels for one year prior to bottling.
