Our well-rounded blend of Grenache from Estelle Vineyard, Syrah from Tierra Alta Vineyard, and Mourvèdre from Quail Run Vineyard was produced at our winery in Crestline, California. The wine is lush, seductive, and elegant all at once with a beautiful color shift from light purple to deep ruby. Opens on the nose with fruity notes of blueberry, black cherry, and a wisp of dried violets, along with Chinese five spice, allspice and black peppercorn beef jerky. The blue, black and red fruits on the palate mingle with overtones of bergamot tea. Aged in a blend of a 66% American Oak and 33% French Oak barrels for one year prior to bottling.
