Sourced from La Presa Vineyard overlooking the Santa Ynez River, this pale yellow wine with green highlights opens on the nose with tangy honey, ripe and tart apples, papaya, and melon, with qualities of hazelnut, almond and a touch of vanilla. A palate of yellow fruit flavors mingled with vanilla and buttered brioche toast compliment the rich, round mouthfeel. Barrel fermented, bâtonage sur lie, and aged 11 months in one and two year old French Oak 228L barrels.
