50% Petite Verdot, 50% Petit Sirah
This blend of 50% Petite Sirah and 50% Petit Verdot was sourced from premium vineyards in Paso Robles and was produced at our winery in Crestline, California. The wine opens beautifully with dried violet and lavender aromas, followed by toffee, and mocha qualities, along with a slight touch of mint, eucalyptus, black fig, plum, and blueberry. While delivering like fruits– the palate features dusty cocoa tones followed by toffee and chocolate elements, as well as eucalyptus and spearmint. Aged in 225L French and American Oak barrels for one year in the cellar prior to bottling. Enjoy!
