This full-bodied wine was sourced from Tierra Alta Vineyard in Santa Barbara County’s Ballard Canyon AVA and produced at our winery in Crestline, California. The verdant aromas of sage, black and green olive, mingle with blueberries, blackberries, violets, black licorice, and mint. The palate evolves into flavors of blueberry jam and ripe blackberries with balanced acidity and mouthcoating tannins for a long, lingering finish. Aged in blend of a 25% French Oak and 75% American Oak barrels for one year prior to bottling.
