Sourced from the Frankel Family and Live Oak Vineyards in Paso Robles and produced at our winery in Crestline, California. This full-bodied wine opens with notes of allspice, vanilla, caramel, blackberries, and black cassis, followed by a fruity palate of cherry and raspberry and a touch of butterscotch, cedar and mint, with medium tannins and acidity. Aged in 50% new and 50% once used French Oak barrels for two years prior to bottling.
