Sourced from Rafael Jimenez’s San Miguel Vineyard in Paso Robles and produced at our winery in Crestline, California. The wine opens up with aromas of blackberry, creme brûlée, toasty coconut, toffee, sweet butterscotch candy, black plum, sweet hazelnut and coffee. Those aromas follow on the palate along blackberry jam and blueberry compote, with a touch of dark chocolate, dill, and nutmeg. Aged in American Oak barrels (50% new) for one year prior to bottling.
